Join Matt, our resident personal trainer, every Sunday for his innovative outdoor training sessions. The workouts focus on primal and evolutionary human movements, using nature as our gym.
Sessions involve crawling, climbing, balancing, jumping, lifting, carrying, throwing and catching. Learning and practicing these skills make you stronger and fitter as well as improving co-ordination, agility, balance and flexibility.
*Suitable for anyone with no debilitating injuries*
